Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and work with technical drawings, plans, and maps.
Develop, plan, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Execute and oversee project operations on-site, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers
Handle operational issues in real-time, including calls, negotiations, and vendor management.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction, interior design, or similar industries.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions on-site.
