Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all project phases including planning, design, tendering, construction, and delivery.
  • Guarantee timely execution, cost efficiency, and alignment with quality and safety standards.
  • Direct consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams across multiple sites.
  • Implement modern project controls, dashboards, and risk-mitigation systems.
  • Deliver executive-level updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, and smooth handover processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Architecture preferred).

  • 25+ years of experience managing mega-projects or large-scale hospitality/real estate developments.
  • Proven expertise in modern project management systems and methodologies.
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Egypt.
