Job Description
Reporting to the Safran + Manager, you will ensure the effectiveness of the action plans in which you participate. The expected performance gains apply to quality, on-time delivery, lead time, 5S, stock reduction and deviations as well as the improvement of team working conditions (ergonomics, workstation organization, etc.) and safety.
The main challenges of your mission will be:
• Innovate and propose new ideas and solutions to implement
• Conduct concrete actions to improve manufacturing processes, tools and workstations in the field
• Lead 5S projects
• Propose and design prototypes to improve working conditions.
• Study and validate unit product production times
• Participate in improvement projects to support manufacturing lines
• Actively participate in the animation and implementation of Innov & Go
Job Requirements
Minimum level of education: Bac +5
Minimum experience: 2 to 5 years of experience
Technical knowledge of the company's products
Mastery of Six SIGMA / LEAN tools
Good understanding of matrix organizations
Prototyping
Leadership, ability to lead cross-functionally and manage change
Multidisciplinary, he/she is fully aware of the specificities of each position
