Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, Support, DevOps).
  • Prepare and update project documentation, schedules, and task lists.
  • Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Facilitate internal and client meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow-ups.
  • Support in managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Help maintain project management tools (Jira, Confluence, internal trackers).
  • Provide regular project status updates to managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in quality checks, UAT coordination, and deployment preparations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in project coordination or project support (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic fintech environment.
  • Strong follow-up skills and willingness to learn and grow within the Delivery function.
