Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee waterproofing project execution from start to finish.

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Manage project risks and prepare mitigation strategies.

  • Lead project team meetings and daily site briefings.

  • Approve procurement requests and review BOQs.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve conflicts.

  • Handle project-related legal and compliance documentation.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project phases and milestones.

  • Coordinate inspections with authorities and clients.

  • Review and validate contractor's technical submittals and shop drawings.

  • Approved materials delivery and usage on site.

  • Track productivity and suggest improvements as agreed with KPI.

  • Support change management processes and variation orders.

  • Ensure proper documentation and project handover.

  • Manage health and safety protocols on site.

  • Contributing to the development of the marketing plan, monitoring it, assessing its effectiveness, and presenting it to management for discussion and approval (covering large, medium, and small projects).

  • Monthly reporting (project pipeline, invoicing area, progress detailed report, and any other support report) Weekly and monthly meetings to review the progress with project team and management.

  • Train and mentor junior engineers and staff.

  • Carry over all the activities related to project in the absent of the assistant project manager.

  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management

  • To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Civil Engineering or a related field

  • PMP certification preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management (waterproofing, civil, or MEP projects).
