Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage small-scale/flow business projects requiring basic project management.

  • Act as the customer communication focal point for assigned projects.

  • Track and report PM KPIs, highlighting performance gaps and supporting improvement actions.

  • Manage dispatching of PMIs to projects, ensuring balanced utilization and workload visibility.

  • Lead and support internal operations initiatives (Ops Mechs) to improve standard work, reporting, and efficiency.

  • Work with the Zone Director of PM to analyze performance trends and execute improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with GEHC quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements in all activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective communication skills for both customers and internal teams.

  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management tools preferred.

  • Proficiency in both English and French
