Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, monitoring, and updating projects’ schedules.
- Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs for projects with the oversight and support of a Project Manager.
- Develop and implement project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for integrated resource-loaded schedule in Primavera.
- Work closely with Project Manager to create a comprehensive action plan concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects.
- Monitors project timelines and deadlines and ensures completion of reporting, statistics, logs, and task narratives.
- Identifies and reports potential project schedule delays and facilitates intervention in a timely manner.
- Perform various duties such as scheduling and risk management with a high level of communication.
- Coordinates project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders for best utilization of resources to achieve goals.
