Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for Aramco EPC projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather relevant information and incorporate it into scheduling processes.
- Utilize advanced scheduling software tools, such as Primavera P6, to create, analyze, and update project timelines thoroughly.
- Identify potential scheduling issues and risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular schedule progress reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate and participate in project meetings, ensuring effective communication of planning and scheduling activities.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and scheduling methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the EPC sector, specifically for Aramco projects.
- Expert proficiency in planning software, particularly Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling techniques, and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with exceptional organization and time management skills.
