Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Scheduling and Planning: Develop detailed project schedules using software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and prepare time cycle charts for major activities.

Monitoring and Controls: Monitor construction progress, highlighting anticipated delays or deviations from the baseline schedule.

Methodology Preparation: Prepare and submit detailed method statements for project execution to clients or consultants for approval.

Resource Planning: Ensure optimal allocation and availability of resources (labor, materials, equipment) based on the project plan.

Progress Reporting: Conduct progress review meetings and prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports.

Cost Management: Prepare prestart estimates, track progress against budgets, and monitor "cost to complete".
