Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale EPC/construction projects
Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets
Manage sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award processes
Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project management teams to ensure material availability on time
Identify and prequalify vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost optimization and value engineering
Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and local regulations
Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards
Manage procurement risk and resolve supply chain issues proactively
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and project updates for senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 15 years+ of procurement experience in Infrastructure and Construction projects
Strong experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects (Desalination, Power, Buildings, Offshore preferred)
Proven expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
Strong knowledge of international procurement practices and FIDIC contracts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage multiple priorities
