Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Programme & Project Practice Lead to play a pivotal leadership role within Business Excellence, part of VOIS Business Operations and Transformation. This role is accountable for leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary delivery practice responsible for complex transformation programmes, continuous improvement initiatives, customer-driven projects, and internal strategic priorities. The role combines strategic leadership, people development, and accountability for consistent, high-quality project delivery that drives measurable business outcomes.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing practice of senior programme managers, project managers, analysts, and coordinators, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.Establish and continuously enhance robust, well-documented project and programme management ways of working.Drive consistent adoption of industry-leading methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Lean, MSP, and PRINCE2.Ensure projects and programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, with clear performance measures and KPIs.Ensure all initiatives contribute directly to business objectives, delivering improvements in cost efficiency, quality, customer experience, and employee experience.Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and strong alignment with organisational priorities.Act as a role model for inclusive leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across the delivery community.

Desired Candidate Profile

An experienced leader with a strong track record of delivering complex technical and business change programmes.Comfortable operating in senior stakeholder and matrix environments, influencing across functions and levels.A clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex change into meaningful messages for diverse audiences.Highly knowledgeable in programme and project management disciplines, combined with modern agile and lean delivery approaches.Educated to degree level or equivalent, with programme or project management accreditation; an MBA is advantageous.
