Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, ensuring all project activities align with established standards and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs), driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with project teams, providing guidance and training on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and inspection reports, for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights to improve project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in quality control within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong technical skills including blueprint reading, interpretation of specifications, and knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential for effective team collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure are key.
