Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop solar EPC/EPCS project opportunities.
Manage RFQs, tenders, and proposal submissions.
Coordinate with design team for system design, BOQ, and costing.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Manage full sales cycle from lead to project award.
Maintain strong project pipeline and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams for project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in solar project sales / EPC environment.
Strong understanding of tendering process, BOQ and costing and project lifecycle.
Experience in technical and commercial proposal preparation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate should be based in the UAE.
UAE experience is mandatory.
Arabic language skills are preferred.
