Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the project sales pipeline in commercial, industrial, and utility solar sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, layouts, and preliminary design calculations for solar systems.
  • Conduct site visits, gather technical requirements, and advise clients on suitable system configurations.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities including pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in solar project sales within KSA is mandatory.
  • Strong network with EPCs, contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Technical knowledge of PV systems (modules, inverters, design concepts).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare basic system designs and technical documentation.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic communication is required.
