Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving field sales and developing strong client relationships across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, and Industrial sectors in the Eastern Province, particularly with Saudi Aramco projects, EPC contractors, oilfield companies, and Jubail plants.


 The primary requirement is strong existing contacts inside these industrial ecosystems and the ability to enter project sites and meet decision‑makers.

Experience in selling any industrial services/products to these sectors is acceptable. However, experience in staffing/manpower solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Client Visits (Primary Role)

  • Conduct regular site visits across Aramco projects, oilfield contractors, EPCs, shutdown projects, and Jubail industrial plants

  • Identify decision‑makers and influencers at project sites (Procurement, QA/QC, Inspection, Construction Managers, PMTs, etc.)

  • Promote company services.

  • Ensure entry compliance, such as gate passes, permits, safety inductions, and maintain access to major projects

  • Build strong relationships within the contractor ecosystem supporting Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, Ma’aden, and other industrial entities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Generate new leads and convert them into revenue

  • Understand client needs

  • Submit quotations, proposals, and commercial bids

  • Drive the complete sales cycle up to PO receipt and payment.

  • Maintain detailed sales pipeline and activity reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–8+ years of sales experience in KSA industrial markets

  • Must have strong connections within Aramco project sites, Jubail plants, EPCs, and oilfield contractors

  • We can consider candidates with experience in selling/renting: 

    • Industrial equipment

    • NDT, inspection, testing services

    • Maintenance/shutdown services

    • Construction/EPC subcontracting support

  • Manpower staffing sales experience is an added advantage

  • Strong understanding of site-entry processes, gate pass formalities, and project office protocols

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related fields)

  • Valid Saudi driving license

  • Strong communication (English and Hindi mandatory)

  • Highly presentable, confident, and able to work independently
