Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve project-based revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within targeted sectors, focusing on large-scale projects and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and proposal development to contract negotiation and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and project specifications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting to provide accurate and timely updates to senior management.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project sales, preferably within the creative, art, design, or retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
