Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Scope Management- Define, develop, and maintain project scope documentation, including WBS and scope management plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align on project objectives
- Monitor and control project scope, identifying and assessing any changes or deviations
- Implement structured change control processes to ensure scope alignment with project goals
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Identify quality issues, non-conformances, and deviations, and drive timely resolution
- Review and approve deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality benchmarks
- Identify risks related to project scope and quality and develop mitigation strategies
- Continuously monitor risks and proactively address potential issues
- Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope records and quality reports
- Prepare and present regular reports on scope performance, quality metrics, and compliance
- Provide insights, recommendations, and updates to project teams and senior stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, quality control, or scope management
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, including:
- Cost control
- WBS and schedule management
- Business process management
- Proven experience in scope management, quality assurance, and change control
- Experience working on capital projects, ideally within infrastructure, water, or wastewater sectors
- Familiarity with Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environments
