Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Project Scope Management
  • Define, develop, and maintain project scope documentation, including WBS and scope management plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align on project objectives
  • Monitor and control project scope, identifying and assessing any changes or deviations
  • Implement structured change control processes to ensure scope alignment with project goals
Quality Control
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • Identify quality issues, non-conformances, and deviations, and drive timely resolution
  • Review and approve deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality benchmarks
Risk Management
  • Identify risks related to project scope and quality and develop mitigation strategies
  • Continuously monitor risks and proactively address potential issues
  • Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope records and quality reports
  • Prepare and present regular reports on scope performance, quality metrics, and compliance
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and updates to project teams and senior stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (or related field)

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, quality control, or scope management
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, including:
    • Cost control
    • WBS and schedule management
    • Business process management
  • Proven experience in scope management, quality assurance, and change control
  • Experience working on capital projects, ideally within infrastructure, water, or wastewater sectors
  • Familiarity with Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environments
