Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil and structural works on site.

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality control, and safety standards.

Monitor material usage and verify quantities against BOQ.

Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Support in preparing work schedules and ensuring timely execution of civil works.

Liaise with the project management team to address challenges and propose solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in project site supervision and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or development projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office Suite.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
