Project /Site Engineer- Interior Design & Fit-Out GINCO Cont. Co. LLC

Job Purpose

To manage and supervise site execution of interior design and fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered as per approved drawings, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Coordination

• Execute and supervise interior fit-out works including joinery, gypsum partitions, ceilings, finishes, FF&E, and MEP coordination.

• Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.

Technical & Documentation

• Review and implement shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection requests.

• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and handover documentation.

• Update as-built drawings in coordination with drafting team.

Planning, Quality & Safety

• Support project manager in program control and sequencing of works.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.

• Attend consultant/client inspections and close observations.

Commercial Support

• Assist QS in quantity take-offs, variation identification, and measurement of executed works.

• Monitor material usage and site productivity.
