As a Project/Site Engineer specializing in fa ade at ALMANAR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing fa ade projects from conception to completion. 1. Project Management: Lead fa ade projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

3. Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence in performance.
5. Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fa ade engineering and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing fa ade projects.
Strong technical knowledge of fa ade materials, systems, and construction methods.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
