Job Title: Project Site Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Project Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction and installation activities. The role involves supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to project plans, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will monitor project progress, manage site resources, and report updates to project management to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision or project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Monitor work quality and site progress.
