Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager / Project Engineer in field project execution
Supervise medium to large projects or key project components
Manage day-to-day activities of assistants/coordinators
Ensure proper documentation as per SOPs
Monitor project progress to meet timelines, budget, and quality standards
Maintain site records and coordinate with archive teams
Lead and guide project teams, ensuring effective coordination
Uphold company standards in all client and team interactions
Support team morale and ensure smooth workflow at site
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, Commerce, or related field
Minimum strong>5+ years of experience/strong> in transport services / logistics / project supervision
Experience in strong>GCC projects/strong> preferred
Knowledge of strong>2D/3D CAD & Government portals/strong>
Familiarity with strong>ERP / SMEC systems/strong>
Safety certifications (strong>NEBOSH/strong>) will be an advantage
Strong communication skills in strong>English (Arabic is a plus)/strong>
Proficient in strong>MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/strong>
