Project Support Expert - RAFM Integration Engineer

o Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for new RAFM requirements, including validating data pipelines and ETL processes.

o Handle new releases and implementations across all phases: data gathering, development, configuration, in-house testing, and production deployment.

o Work closely with Business Teams to gather, analyze, and translate their needs into technical specifications and effective solutions.

o Conduct detailed gap analysis between the current and desired business state to identify issues and opportunities.

o Design, configure, and develop system validations, including inter-system, file sequence, and trending checks.

o Provide expert-level application support for major RAFM vendor solutions (e.g., Subex, Mobileum).

o Utilize SQL, Unix, and knowledge of RAFM modules (ROCRA, RAID) for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

o Execute comprehensive system tests, including load testing and data validation checks.

o Perform bug fixes and code corrections in the live production environment in collaboration with Business Analysts.

o Interface directly with vendors, and internal business teams to fulfill requirements and provide updates.

o Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth project handover to operations teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Delivery Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Project Support Expert in the telecom sector, specifically in RAFM.

Hands-on technical experience with major RAFM vendors such as Subex and/or Mobileum.

Strong expertise in:

o Database & Querying: Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

o Scripting & OS: Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

o ETL & Data Pipelines: Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end ETL processes for data ingestion.

o Telecom Systems: Solid understanding of Charging/Billing Systems, CRM, Data Warehouses, and BI tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems at their core.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience in dealing with auditors and creating formal documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with RAFM modules like ROCRA and RAID.

Experience with system configuration for fraud and revenue assurance controls.

A strong analytical mindset with a perfect view for analyzing client requirements.
