Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

Manages and drives the coordination of projects

Provides company projects with proper execution system

Ensures proper and timely Mobilization process

Ensures proper Technical aspects are coordinated

Ensures proper Documentation standards

Ensures proper Communication process

Ensures Project Costs are within budget

Ensures Projects Schedule vs. Actual

Overall site quality

Overall site safety

Overall site layout and cleanliness

Oversees Project Managers

Communicates management issues with Owner / Consultant

Coordinates Subcontractor Contracts with management

Coordinates Quality & Safety with management

Reviews and delivers monthly reports to management

Oversees company projects management success

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering

Computer Skills Microsoft Office Auto Cad , Primavera.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

15-20 years of relative experience

In-depth up to date technical knowledge

Arabic: Fluent

Excellent English

Developed communication and time management skills

Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)

Ability to start working immediately .

Excellent Communication analytical and problem solving skills
