Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished Projects Director with 15+ years of progressive experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), to lead and oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will be an Arab national with strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of local regulations, and proven experience working with government entities, clients, and major stakeholders in KSA. The Projects Director will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of projects in line with organizational objectives, contractual requirements, and Saudi Vision 2030 standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

  2. Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, with at least 10 years working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  3. Proven experience as a Projects Director / Project Director / Senior Project Manager on large-scale projects.

  4. Strong knowledge of KSA market practices, government procedures, and regulatory frameworks.

  5. Demonstrated experience managing EPC / PMC / Design & Build projects (as applicable).

  6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  7. Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management expertise.

  8. Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and complex project environments.
