Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive and productive work environment to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery to keep projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) from a reputable university.
Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.
Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project engineering within the construction or related industry.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, codes, and standards, ensuring project compliance.
The candidate should be a degree/diploma holder in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in generating sales in all kinds of architectural decorative glass, mirrors, aluminum, stainless steel & other specialized ancillary products in similar glass & metal fabrication companies. Estimation experience and experience in Submission of samples getting approvals and self correspondence to defend and safeguard the company interest is preferable and UAE Driving License must
