Projects Engineer

We are seeking a Projects Engineer to support project delivery by ensuring that project execution aligns with defined scope, schedule, quality standards, and cost objectives.

The role involves coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project execution, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting the successful completion and closeout of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project execution through QA/QC processes to ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.

• Manage project scope and ensure scope control to prevent scope creep.

• Support the development of risk management plans to mitigate cost overruns and delays.

• Review and approve contractor and consultant organization structures.

• Attend regular project progress meetings and evaluate contractor and consultant performance.

• Ensure site safety compliance, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.

• Review and approve gate passes for personnel and materials entering the site.

• Oversee project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation & maintenance manuals.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor s degree required in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (Master s preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery processes.

• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
