• Ensure timely collection of payments according to assigned targets to maintain healthy working capital.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships, handle complaints efficiently, and deliver high-quality service to distributors and clients.
• Actively use and maintain accurate records in CRM and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery and outstanding customer service.
• Respond to client inquiries and introduce suitable products and services to dealers and project clients.
• Conduct regular area audits to identify market potential and provide insights for territory development in collaboration with the Supervisor.
