Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end delivery projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, safeguarding against potential delays and cost overruns, maintaining project health.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals, enhancing team performance and morale.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking, facilitating effective project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the delivery or logistics industry, showcasing practical application of project management principles.

  • Proven experience managing delivery services projects, ideally within e-commerce or last-mile delivery environments, highlighting industry-specific expertise.
