Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be).

  • Document workflows using tools such as BPMN, process maps, and flowcharts.

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process re-engineering.

  • Develop and standardize Policies, Procedures, and SOPs across departments.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives including automation and RPA implementation.

  • Conduct workshops (e.g., process mapping, FMEA, value stream mapping) with stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable, showcasing commitment to the profession.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, with a proven ability to motivate and align diverse groups towards common goals.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
