Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation through handover.

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and performance indicators.

Ensure full compliance with architectural, civil, and MEP specifications.

Manage project budgets, cost control procedures, and resource allocation.

Conduct regular progress meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.

Ensure all documentation, BOQs, RFIs, variation orders, and approvals are managed accurately and promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering.

Minimum 10 12 years of experience in construction or high-end finishing, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.

Proven track record delivering luxury residential or commercial projects.

Strong command of project management tools and documentation systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, procurement cycles, and site execution methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Strong decision-making capabilities

High level of accountability and ownership

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Ability to lead large teams and maintain a performance-driven environment
