Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor all fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Ensure the sequence of work.
  • Strong knowledge in Joinery and FFND.
  • Lead a team of Project Engineers, Site Managers, and subordinate Project Managers, providing direction, support, and performance management.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and smooth project progress.
  • Responsible for supply of materials and movement within the site
  • Review and approve project schedules, work programs, and procurement plans.
  • Ensure all materials and resources are mobilized on time and within budget.
  • Review design drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in coordination with design and production teams.
  • Mentor and train project teams to ensure continuous skill development and operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management within the FFND and joinery industry in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong client interface experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and joinery/furniture production.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred
