equirements:

10 to 15 years of proven experience as a Civil Projects Manager in large-scale construction or development projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of civil construction methods, standards, and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
