Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee and manage multiple civil and infrastructure projects including industrial warehouses, public utility buildings, internal roadworks, and civil maintenance works. The Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, solid technical knowledge of civil and infrastructure works, and proven experience managing construction projects in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • PMP certification preferred (Project Management Professional).

  • Additional certifications in construction management or contract administration will be an advantage.

  • 12–15 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects.

  • Minimum 5 years in a Projects Manager or senior project management role.

  • Proven experience in UAE construction projects including:

    • Infrastructure works

    • Industrial warehouses

    • Public utility buildings

    • Internal roads and civil works

    • Civil maintenance projects

  • Skills & Competencies

    • Strong project management and leadership skills

    • Expertise in construction planning and scheduling

    • Experience with contract administration and claims management

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Strong client relationship management skills

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office

  • Candidate Requirements

    • Nationality: Indian

    • Currently based in the UAE

    • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

    • Willing to work in Sharjah and relocate within the UAE based on project requirements
