Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project teams in planning, executing, and delivering multiple residential and commercial projects across the North Coast.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and execution strategies in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project standards and specifications are met.
• Monitor and manage construction progress against project schedules, providing updates and escalating issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and sustainability practices are applied.
• Prepare and present project reports, including risk assessments and performance metrics to upper management.
• Facilitate communication between different departments, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and construction codes specific to the North Coast area.
