Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, test, and refine prompts for various AI models (LLMs, multimodal models, agents, etc.).

Build prompt frameworks, libraries, and reusable templates for internal teams.

Conduct prompt evaluations, A/B tests, and quality assessments to improve performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective prompt solutions.

Analyze model behavior, identify failure modes, and engineer mitigation strategies.

Maintain documentation of prompt logic, patterns, and best practices.

Implement and iterate on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and agent workflows.

Stay up to date with the latest AI model capabilities, prompting techniques, and optimization strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Strong command of English language, writing, and reasoning.

Experience with prompt engineering or working directly with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

Familiarity with Python or another scripting language.

Understanding of model behavior, LLM capabilities, and prompt testing methodologies.

Ability to analyze ambiguous problems and design structured prompt systems.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building RAG pipelines or AI agent workflows.

Background in linguistics, cognitive science, NLP, machine learning, or related fields.

Understanding of evaluation metrics for AI outputs.
