Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and proposals.
- Stay updated on local real estate market developments and regulatory changes.
- Assist clients with documentation and legal requirements related to property transactions.
- Participate in networking events and property exhibitions to expand client base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales or leasing process.

- Up to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field.
