Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying their real estate needs and recommend suitable property options from a wide range of developments.
  • Conduct property presentations and tours, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest property listings, market trends, and real estate regulations in Egypt and the Middle East.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to provide clients with the best available offers and tailored solutions.
  • Support clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and sales activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Represent The Address Investments at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in real estate sales and consultancy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Willingness to work from the office and attend client meetings as required.
