Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients, showcasing properties and highlighting their key features and benefits in Arabic.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, providing expert advice, and building strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the company while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
  • Source and identify new property listings, actively seeking out opportunities to expand the company's portfolio within the Arabic-speaking market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Real Estate Broker license, demonstrating professional competence.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful sales, particularly UAE.

  • Nationality preference: Open only for Arab Nationalities, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the UAE
