Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities to help them make informed decisions.
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits to showcase available listings to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, and potential clients to generate leads and referrals.
  • Prepare and present detailed property proposals, market analyses, and financial reports to clients.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth property transactions from initiation to closure.
  • Stay updated on local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market developments to provide accurate advice.
  • Utilize CRM systems and digital platforms to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, property exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours, including weekends, as required.
