Property Consultant (Azerbaijan) Reportage Real Estate

Property Listings & Client

• Provide expert advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on property transactions.
• Identify, evaluate, and list properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
• Facilitate property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales/rental agreements.

Legal & Documentation Support

• Build relationships with developers, investors, and real estate agencies to expand business opportunities.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Analysis

• Stay updated on Azerbaijan’s real estate trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Assist clients with contracts, permits, and legal requirements related to property transactions

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Law, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field (experience in Azerbaijan’s market preferred).
• Solid knowledge of Baku’s property market, property types, and client demographics.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Azerbaijani Language is required.
• Valid driving license and access to transportation is a plus.

• Social media & Digital: Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram groups.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
