Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make his role as a sales call, follow up with clients, make sights visits, meetings with developers and reservations units.
- Privet ads on social media on behave of our company to generate potential clients.
- Help clients buy or sell properties.
- Visiting clients and going on site visits.
- Answering client questions and handling objections.
- Supporting team members especially his partner.
- Representing the company in his appearance and behavior.
- Write all feedback on CRM in Arabic or English language.
- Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (1 3 years minimum).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Good knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Owning a car is a plus.
