Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, referrals, online platforms, etc.).

  • Assist clients in property selection based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information on available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales/rental process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and transactions.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Junior Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales.

    Strong negotiation & communication skills.

    Presentable, motivated & customer-focused.

    Own car is a plus.
