Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Understand clients needs and recommend suitable properties based on their financial capabilities and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
- Present properties in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Assist clients throughout the full sales process until closing.
- Support negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Stay updated on residential and commercial market trends, property values, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships to generate referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
0 2 years of experience in real estate or sales (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (preferred).
Good computer skills (MS Office & CRM knowledge is a plus).
Presentable and professional appearance.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Owns a car (preferred).
Residence near New Cairo is preferred.
