Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting and cultivating client relationships in the market.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, and other tasks required to manage the overall relationship with the customer
- Meeting with customers to maintain strong customer relationships
- Learning and maintaining in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Representing Company projects at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers;
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- Advising on forthcoming project developments;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the customer service department, or entering figures into a computer system;
- Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in business administration/management.
- 3-5 years of Real Estate, relationship management experience
- Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results
- Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence
- Ability to understand and solve diverse and complex issues
- Good communication skills
