Roles & Responsibilities
التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم العقارية، وتفضيلاتهم، وقدراتهم المالية
تنظيم وإجراء جولات ميدانية للعقارات، وتقديم معلومات دقيقة وشاملة
متابعة مستمرة لاتجاهات السوق وقيم العقارات والتطورات المحلية
ضمان الامتثال لجميع الإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالصفقات العقارية
تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد للحصول على توصيات مستقبلية
توجيه العملاء خلال عملية الشراء أو البيع أو الإيجار من البداية حتى الإتمام
توليد عملاء محتملين من خلال قاعدة بيانات الشركة، والعلاقات الشخصية، وشبكات التواصل المهني
التنسيق مع البنوك، ومستشاري التمويل العقاري، والمقيمين، وموظفي المبيعات، والوكالات الشريكة لتسهيل المعاملات
قيادة عمليات التفاوض بين المشترين/المستأجرين والبائعين/المالكين من مرحلة المعاينة إلى توقيع العقود
Desired Candidate Profile
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال العقارات
:المهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة
الدافع الذاتي، والسعي لتحقيق الأهداف، وروح المبادرة
مهارات ممتازة في المبيعات والتفاوض والتواصل
القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل بشكل مستقل دون إشراف دائم
:يفضل أن يكون لدى المتقدم
درجة البكالوريوس (ميزة إضافية وليست شرطًا أساسيًا)
خبرة سابقة في المجال العقاري
إتقان لغتين أو أكثر يُعتبر ميزة.( اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية)
رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية مع إمكانية الوصول إلى سيارة (يتوفر خيار استئجار سيارة من الشركة بتكلفة شخصية)
يفضل أن يكون من الجنسيات العربية
