The Opportunity

Are you a talented agent with at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience? Join our expanding team and take your career to the next level in a high-energy, supportive environment with commissions up to 75%.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Source, list, and market properties across off-plan, secondary, and leasing (residential & commercial) sectors.
• Provide accurate property valuations and market insights.
• Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
• Negotiate deals and manage paperwork to ensure smooth, RERA-compliant transactions.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience every step of the way.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven Dubai real estate experience (off-plan, secondary, or leasing).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office.
• RERA Broker Card (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
