Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that align with client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on property valuation, ensuring clients receive accurate assessments for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored property solutions.
- Prepare compelling property listings and marketing materials that highlight key features and attract potential buyers or renters.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate License to validate professional qualifications.
Experience in customer service or sales roles to enhance skills in client engagement and relationship building.
