Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert company-generated leads into successful deals
Advise clients on Off Plan properties, new launches, and developer projects
Handle buying, selling, and leasing transactions in the secondary market
Conduct property viewings and project presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay updated with market trends, developer launches, and property regulations
Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, sales, or a competitive sales-driven market
Strong knowledge of Off Plan and/or Secondary Market is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets or closing transactions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Strong networking and client relationship management skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
