Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company-provided portals
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential & off-plan properties
Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations
Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong Sales negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good understanding of the Real Estate market and property trends.
Self-motivated , Target-driven,and results-oriented personality.
